Po Leung Kuk 1983 Board of Directors’ College is located in Tsing Yi Island.
Wah Lap’s project for this College was to renovated their whole assembly hall, including renewing their flooring, walls, windows and ceilings. Also, replacing all their old air conditioner with new ones.
